I quite like the crazyness of it all and how you merged the UI with the gameplay. The music is also quite good!
Now while the level changes are nice, the gameplay needs more stuff to spice up the challenge, to make player take risks. The animation looks also a bit weird.
You've got a good eye to create a fun concept, keep up the good work!
Side note, try to make a web build for your next jam as people usually don't chance installing stuff on their computer.
The game is good, there may be a problem with the graphics of the character, when I move the character starts to shake. You may be able to add a score. Otherwise the game is good and the universe changes are really cool!
