Nice idea ! The beginning of the game and UI were nice. Sure the shooting need fixing , but over all the game play is there and great job.
I quite liked the idea of having a game set in an operating system, but once the tank gamemode started I felt that it was underwhelming compared to what I saw before, along with the aiming bug. I would definetly recommend to lean in on your strengths, like the UI of an operating system, that part is very well done so it would have been very enjoyable if that part was expanded on. Either way, I likes the OS art and the idea of having to fight a corrupt AI within it, so great job there!
I feel I might already have this OS installed on my computer. Good game.
Recommend unlocking and unhiding mouse on death to be able to respawn/replay. Shooting accuracy is not aligned with cursor. And aim controls are difficult to understand. Otherwise great concept, very clear 'Rise of AI' theme. Loved the OS computer takeover. Keep it up!
Thanks for the feedback. Must have forgot to set the mouse to show upon death, will look at aiming also, seemed to work fine when testing in Unity, could have been a bug in exporting or more likely something I did as not done a game with aiming like this before.
When all the AI drones from the broken page have been destroyed the particles should turn green and be able to be shot at. Thank you for bringing aiming issue up, will look at fixing it after the jam.
There is something off the vectors of shooting, once you move they are all over the place, and it is almost impossible to shoot in the correct direction in time.
Maybe call it a “feature not a bug” since the OS is supposed to be corrupt?😅
...Yes...a feature. Thanks for brining the aiming up, I will have a look at what is causing it as seemed fine when testing in unity
Yo! The turret starts to become a bit clunky after you start moving, anyway good job
Thanks for brining it up, much appreciated. I will work on fixing it.
