This is an interesting idea -- with a little more polish this could be a great little puzzle platformer! The hardest part for me was jumping on the balloons in juuust the right way to get across the map the way I wanted to. Luckily it's easy to start over. (There are a few bugs that come up when going between states like build and restart -- sometimes it gets stuck or the budget randomly gets zeroed out).
I really like how easy and fast you can retry and that it isnt only a platformer but also a management game where you have to build your platforms with limited resources and blocked areas and many obstacles and really think about how to build those structures and basically think how you have to place your structures according to your own platformin skill-level.
