I think this concept has a lot of potential!  The primary mechanic is refreshing!  I really like the challenge of trying to determine when to shift through the ground.  I'd love to see this concept be more developed.

Thank you, I appreciate the encouragement! I agree that maybe this mechanic can be taken further, so I might try to polish this up a bit more and release an improved version, sometime.

Not sure I get how the theme connects, but the mechanic of controlling the floor instead of the player is really interesting, however the ball moves too slow compared to how long you have to react to the walls coming in, either the ball needs to be speed up or the walls need to be slowed down.

Thanks for playing my game! I tried to incorporate the theme with the mechanic of having the ball pass through the ground plane by holding the space bar -- once it's on the "other side," gravity is reversed and the ball bounces off the bottom of the floor -- but maybe it didn't come across as well as I hoped. I definitely agree that the movement speed needs some adjusting. This is great feedback!

What a creative way use the theme! The mechanic for this game is out of my expectations! Great job! 5 stars on theme!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you put on this jam for beginners like me!
