I can't figure out how to tame the raptor. I have tried everything I can think of. What is the trick?
There is a 'tamable' status after using reptile lure on the raptor. The thing is the more of them you use the better. The status have number of turns and the chance is higher when the number of turns is closer to 100. Above 100 is almost 100% chance to tame the beast. Then you just need to finish the battle in any way (Maybe except of running away or losing)
The one in the Fallen Temple area of the Swamp part on the world map, which you can unlock by doing something in the Ruins after the Scar and Tank situation in the Bandit Camp during the day when you are able to enter it without having to sneak around at night, if the Witch is missing in her hut, then she went there for a certain amount of day/time before returning to her hut with a quest for him.
Have you try seeing Jester in your home after that event? Also, maybe exploring the new areas that the Forest Path unlocks by seraching around in there and the other areas that unlocks along the way, another option is to go and visit that back gate in the ruins and try putting any of the lizard peices on it and talking to the lizardess afterwards.
The gate is something that you can't interact with yet. It'll be available later. I think in 0.12 I already mentioned something more about it and full use will be in 0.13
Also raptor is available in version 0.12, not sure which one you are playing. In 0.12 the witch have a new quest involving raptors.
Oh, sorry about that, i forgot that what i was saying to you when it comes to certain things depends on which version you was using, if you was using the Itch.Io version of this game instead of the Patreon version, you would have to wait until the Itch.io's version update later on, it was usually around day 25 of each month but might end up being before entering the next month or at the start of the next month
