When is the opportunity to get Lian to drink the milk? Iv been going over the scenes and I cannot for the life of me figure it out

Thank you for the quick response! I really appreciate it! The only thing that Im trying to figure out is that Im trying to get Lian and Alex to get pregnant with big breasts but I cant seem for it to trigger at all even though I gave them both the milk... I have no idea what Im doing wrong for this not to occur...

The trick is that is says it wants them to have REALLY big breasts... which is understandable confusion considering their starting breast size. But you have to give them both a double dose of breast enlargement

I feel like a big dumb idiot because I completely forgot about once scene where you can get extra milk for Alex... Here I thought about the massage or potential double hypnosis (if thats even possible)...
