Hi, thanks for your question! The game is designed to be as minimalist as possible and so I think any player interpretation is reasonable.
That being said, my intention was to express a max health of 5 (full at start). Every week the player must write 200 words or lose one health. Could be that writing also returns health in full or by one. But I prefer a version where there is no way to raise your health. This way the run always ends after 5 missed weeks.
