I think I must be glitched out. I'm really good about finding things especially the way Renpy loads and you can see things pop up. That or you really hid it good
I've met willow and all of the characters say that theres no more content in this update despite still have blank spaces

You can try using the console to fix it. Copy & paste these two:
fair.locked = 0
fair.locations = {"morning": meadow, "noon": meadow, "afternoon": meadow, "evening": "unavailable", "night": "unavailable", "midnight": "unavailable"}
