Submission was a bit strange first you could upload the file, but I found out just before the jam started that i also had to fill in a form so i only had 7 minutes left. Maybe you did not fill this in?
My game was not part of jam at upload. There was a small form where you could say with how many you are and stuff. After that i was submitted. Maybe this person who made this post only upload the game. But you are right if there is a problem they should seek help at gamedev tv staff
