Hi, been busy lately, didn't mean to drop this suddenly.  I just did a fresh install of the program, launched via itch.io Windows client, clicked digital pointy brush twice (once to remove splash screen, once to actually select brush), go on  to canvas to draw, and as soon as I try to touch my pen down to the tablet, OurPaint becomes unresponsive. The pen and tablet work fine with other programs I've tried, not sure what to do here...

EDIT: I can use the regular default "Our Brush" fine, it seems to be something about Digital Pointy. Pencil Thicker brush works for about half a second before program is unresponsive, but Smudgy works, so it is probably related to pressure sensitivity.

EDIT 2: For some reason, it has stopped crashing when using Digital Pointy and other pressure sensitive brushes... I do not know what changed. But while it's not crashing, I tested the options to see what worked for pressure sensitivity. Maybe you want to copy this for description of the program, so others can know more easily, these comments are making a long, deep thread ^^;

Here is this table of what settings work for Digital Pointy (pressure sensitive brush), with OurPaint driver setting on left, Windows Pen mouse settings on right. I restarted OurPaint before each change to confirm fresh session:

Wacom Device: WinTab	Windows Pen: ON -> "Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available"	Pressure sensitivity result: SUCCESSFUL
Wacom Device: WinTab	Windows Pen: OFF -> "Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available"	Pressure sensitivity result: SUCCESSFUL
Wacom Device: Windows Ink	Windows Pen: ON -> "Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available"	Pressure sensitivity result: FAILURE
Wacom Device: Windows Ink	Windows Pen: OFF -> "Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available"	Pressure sensitivity result: FAILURE

So I have to use WinTab for it to work, but once I do, either ON or OFF for Windows Pen mouse option doesn't affect result of OurPaint for whatever reason.

HOWEVER now I have a new issue... for whatever reason there is some lagging when I do many repeated strokes, or long but fast strokes.

EDIT 3: it appears that it is either crashing or lagging when using ANY brush, REGARDLESS of Windows Pen mouse setting being on or off. If I make many long fast repeated strokes, I can make the program crash, or at least go unresponsive for a good long while. This program is promising but still remains a mystery to me...
