The early 2000s of the internet were something special, with all the personality platforms had, the freedom of speech and it was just a different time than what our digital space has become - where we have to resort to niche sites or make spaces of our own just to be able to discuss the things we are interested in since not everyone fits the mold within society and what's expected of us. I yap a lot when it comes to this shit but it's just a shame to have grown up with the internet to see what it's become, don't even get me started on things such as cancel culture and people trying to control what media others are allowed to enjoy just because it may make them uncomfortable, when they don't even need to consume the media in the first place and can choose to ignore it. ( ˶°ㅁ°) !!
I for sure love the Jojo edginess, it's just really quirky but in a comedic fun and sexy way that just makes the character more iconic. I always "literally me" characters like her because damn do I love the aesthetic of toxic walking red flags and being able to replicate that kind of taboo personality type because it's just fun and I like those types of characters that break the mold and can be off-putting to most people who can't put up with raunchy / edgy behavior. :3 adds to the comedic relief too and makes the sudden scares more unexpected.
ALSO - :c you may need your brain to survive,
but on a real note I suppose I'm just curious about what different things inspired you when making a game like this, the macabre, the obscurities, the art style and what almost feels like analog horror at some points I just can't help but feel so compelled to know more about the person who makes pieces like this because it's a rarity for things like this to exist in the first place.
