The next one is really cool- do try this at home. All you need is a cup, some water in a container and a pice of paper. First you crush the paper so it sticks to the top of the cup. Then you put the cup upside down in water like this.
I'm sorry i needed to use a image but i could not think how to describe it any other way. Then take the cup out of the watter and check the wetness of the paper. Its dry! This is because the air in the cup is not letting any water in. if you tilt it you will find the paper wet but the density of the air and the density of the water prevent the paper from getting wet when the cup is strat down
you should try it! it works i have done it myself!
