I realize this is still a very early state for the game, but, why is it that choosing male identity allows you to have a vag, but choosing a female identity doesn't allow you to choose a dick?
And if that rout (in either case) is to be taken, I feel like choosing any dimorphic trait to start with should be an option. (Males getting a breast option, females getting a masculine chest option. Servicing more non binary aspects or allowing for the base body type and identification with differing traits. Busty boy, masculine woman, obvious addition of female identifying with male bits.) I realize there's TF to be involved, but if nothing else bust and genital options should be possible to use at the start across the board. Personally speaking.
