Grab 2 Papers fold them both to the top, glue them to the last strip of paper, do the same to both, then fold them in the middle, see which one is longer, that is the top, then take two other papers, measure four of your fingers, leave space for that, the see how long the base is, cut it out after you are done, the bottom jaw is only for your thumb, then glue/tape the finger rest things to the base and then tape the top to the bottom jaw. Draw your dragon by measuring how long they are, draw a light line for it and how big, then draw and you are done!
