Lol that's not how semantic versioning works. 0.1, 0.10 and 1.0 are completely different versions. After 0.9 you could have any of 0.10 or 1.0, depending on on the game dev stage. Ideally 0.10 should come after 0.9, but maybe you made a lot of changes and it feels like a full major release rather than a minor so it becomes 1.0.
