The game mode is only on extreme. Granny will always catch you if you aren't near a hiding spot. The other thing are very good.
You can change the game mode if you feel uncomfortable. Remember, extreme mode is created for only true adventurers and brave players, that's why difficult things are more satisfying to achieve 👀👀
