I've had the same problem with another player, we spended the afternoon to fix it, I'm gonna release the update very soon that will solve this problem. Though, if it's a corrupted save file then you're gonna loose your progress, which is bad ...
By any chance, are you on a phone ? Do you remember how you have exit the game the last time ? Maybe that could be an issue, I'll check it out ASAP.
