yep. and oddly it Worked. But NOW I CANT UNINSTALL! Is this a perminant  App thing!?

No it's not. You can uninstall it like other windows applications. Select Start -> All Apps and there you can uninstall Altered. Or if you downloaded the zip just delete the folder. You may also want to delete the save and config files in your AppData Folder.

There are a lot of possible reasons why the uninstall.exe might be missing. Windows could be responsible for some missing files. I did check it on my old laptop and was able to install and uninstall the game without any problems. You can try reinstalling the game to the same folder and see if the Uninstall.exe is still missing.

reinstsallled and Yep, its still missing. (update) I found it But acocrding to the settings, it says it has a virus or something

So it's the antivirus software thats flagging GameMaker software as virus. That's why the uninstall file is probably missing aswell.

yeah and even when i allow uninstall to come, it Still wont uninstall the game. It's like I have this game forever! I should NEVER have choose the .Exe file!

Hey! Your antivirus software should allow you to restore files from quarantine and flag them as safe to use. Antivirus Software will often falsely flag games made in known engines for different reasons. :) This goes for the Defender on Windows-Systems too. That should allow you to actually play and/or uninstall the game as needed. Should you not know how to handle that, you might need to look up a guide for your specific antivirus solution. Keep in mind that this is a free game for you to enjoy and the devs are actually pretty awesome for trying to help out in case of problems like this instead of just leaving you to your vices.

I bet he just press the button to destroy all the files in the quarantine, antivirus CAN flag some crap files without viruses, so the quarantine exists for users to sort some files

That could've potentially happened, no point in making assumptions though. Just gotta wait and see if that person ever responds and try as best as possible to help. :) False-Positives are very common with anti-virus engines, hence why learning how to properly handle them is important.
