I like that the game wears its portal influence on its sleeve, very unique to fuse the puzzle elements with bdsm! I think the character model and textures look great! If you wanted to take this further I think it'd be fun to add a GLaDOS-esque antagonist to add a little bit of teasing on top of the bdsm :) Nice entry, hope you work on it more!
