Use a save editor like this one, you will be able to quickly level and get all the items at least. you will have to redo the breeding and dialog over again though.
It takes some fiddling to figure out wich items in the save doc, are the ones that actually effect your inventory. but as long as you use cntF to find item, it will be ez.
I believe its the second row of numbers labled Items or inventory. GL

oh, a side note, if you look at how many of an item you have. preferably something unique like 21 of a type of ore. than you can search for items. and if your not sure its actually your inventory yet. do ctrF again and search for 21 if that number is in those item id's in the quantity section, than thats likely the right spot. so now start setting all the item quantities to 9999

there may also only be the item id's of what items you do have there. in wich case, I believe all the item id's are in the first list of numbers when you ctrlF looking for items. I may be wrong though. It's been a very long time since I modified game files on rpg maker using this tool
