This was an interesting game to read through, I liked the unique imagery. I was a bit confused on the choices provided, it was basically "Continue Horror" or "Leave Horror." There's not really any reason to pick continue, aside from, as a player, wanting to see what happens. And then the very abrupt shift into a dating sim kind of mood threw me off guard a bit. I would've thought Kye would be shaken after their experience in the dark room, even if passing it off as a panic attack/hallucinations. But that's just my personal bias, overall a good experience, for sure.
One major problem I had was that at certain points - I believe when the BG is animated - the text box was transparent. That made it very difficult to read, and took me out of the story. I wasn't paying much attention to the shadow creatures, because I was just struggling to read their half-visible descriptions below.
