Yeah it is, the order to get to it is SHARECART1000, dat, o_o.ini. I appreciate your help troubleshooting
I think what I would do is back up that ini and either delete it (and the game should make a new one) or copy in the missing values by hand, but this means probably losing any unlocked terminals and pizza locations. This is a Science Mystery!
