Pretty good game! Something I noticed was that 90% of the batter is unfit for use in making pound cakes, so the occasionally good batter would be a surprise. Most of the game is waiting for good batter.
Personally, I'd make the conveyor belt slower, make it so more batter shows up at a time, and make the press not process batter which wasn't squished (any batter which collides with the press is converted to cakes)
