Some advice I can offer for the story maybe (if u want) is that you don't lean into too much character development, add some comedy and awkwardness, and vice versa. Make sure the story is balanced so the audience loves the small moments of humor but that they also yearn for some evenly paced character arcs or intimate situations which gives them a bit of time to decide how they want to frame the characters in their minds as.
