Is it possible to download older versions of Tiled?
The current version is not working on my Mac (M1).

Yes, you can find all releases at https://github.com/mapeditor/tiled/releases . Please do report that issue though, providing as much detail as possible. Tiled 1.11 should definitely work on M1, though I can’t test this myself.
