This is a fun horror exploration game! The most polished elements of the game, the modelling, environment, and combat, all work really well together. I can see this working well as an exploration horror with survival/platforming elements, kind of like the Tomb Raider vibe someone else identified. On that point, the PS1-style graphics work well. I imagine they also obfuscate some of the low-res meshes, but the filter is just a little too grainy and dark to properly see the unlit environment.
As has also been mentioned, some narrative and worldbuilding to give meaning to the environment and guide player direction could be useful. A more informative UI/map could also be an option too. I think there's a lot of potential in this game - more than most - and I really encourage you to keep working on the game, the possibilities for this project are as endless as the void I kept falling into!
