Probably AI detected false positive. Happens to me occasionally, with lots of things. You can set an exclusion or trust your AV engine.

No AV engine is perfect. Not even the one I coded.

It's probably just detecting the .NET code that's being used to link back to the itch.io page... .NET code can be used maliciously but its 100% safe in this application.
I have no interest in hacking... Or going to jail :)
