I found this a couple of days ago and must say it is a really fun game.
The only issue I've had is having a dick is way too important, the alternative with a strap-on in comparison is very inconvenient. meanwhile, if you don't have a pussy there's another hole.
first: getting it, although not hard, isn't immediately obvious on the first playthrough, maybe starting with an old one that can only 1-3 shoots before breaking then getting a task to find how to get a new one
second: having to refill it after each use, maybe an upgrade that auto refills from a tank that you can fill instead or refills using your own "Girlcum", both would be special ones while also having the normal ones
third: needing to reequip it each time, just let us equip them outside of sex, maybe it's invisible until needed or have a toggle of do nothing(default), auto equip them to self, auto equip them to sub
