The player's character will just treat others like cattle, because that was the way it was originally decided. No matter how much you praise Ayano, she will eventually say that this is the first time you praise her. Well, as I said, usually there are 4 choices in the plot, the only difference in which is that only one next sentence will be different, this is extremely annoying, because the whole plot is just an illusion of choice, where you are only given to choose one girl and that's it.
