after the interaction, you go to shadowed curios, there will be an interaction with Nicole (goth store owner) discussing the statue, if you want to take the stature you need to find a lookalike fake statue, you can commission one through the computer, it will arrive the next day, then you just need to wait for when Jamie is not home and swap them out.
