Does the Steam version unlock all the Patreon benefits or do you still have to pay for the Patreon to unlock the extra quests and outfits?

the first patreon quest i ran into was with Amelia saying she needs help to recruit new people, have you been able to do that one on steam? And in the quest log in the lower section of your room there is a section of the log on the right that is patreon only quests, could check and see if any of them are done.
I just checked the publishers patreon (https://www.patreon.com/posts/end-of-chapter-2-105303285) and there says:
"And so, to answer the question many of you are asking: Will the game be released at the same time on Steam and on Patreon?
The answer is yes."
