Well, once you become your designated healer, hunter, or warrior, go to the nursery to meet Bluebell's kits. She'll tell you who the father is.
She doesn't tell me...
Keep talking to Bluebell until she tells you about how she never thought about joining the tribe to start a family.
She only stops at the kit thing for me..Do I have to start talking to her at an apprentice or...?
I did some research, and I found out that Bluebell has kits on Day 20. Talk to Bluebell on Day 20, and she should tell you who the father is.

how do you become designated warrior?
Talk to Oak, and he'll ask you what class you want to be in. Answer 1 for warrior, answer 2 for hunter, or answer 3 for healer.
