I haven't decided yet. Pregnancy is a pretty niche fetish and I'll be asking the audience's opinion before introducing such things into the game.
If you do add it, I personally like it and not a lot of games have it where it isn't over the top. I've yet to see one with a full offspring function as well, I would imagine that would be a massive undertaking. I've seen games where it has a toggle function for certain fetishes, although I'm not sure how hard that is to incorporate. So far, this game is fantastic and I'm very much looking forward to the future of it.
