Hey, sorry I'm a little late on responding to this. What items were you trying to interact with? It's possible they either aren't interactable at all, or are just not available during the current part of the game you were at.
everything, i couldnt open doors, pick up items that were part of the mission i was stuck in the hallway so the game was unplayable for me. I couldnt play at all
