If you have the game installed in a different location then normal you might run into path loading issues. That is a common issue with non default game installs. Otherwise I don't know why building would not show.
I did make sure that the game was installed in my C: drive and mods in the default folder. Buildings are there when I launch a career game locally but missing when I open it on a multiplayer server. Any suggestions?
