Yes. For PC, the save file is hidden somewhere in your device. Feel free to download the newer one and delete all the older versions.
For Android, download the newer .apk, run it and let it overwrite the game. DO NOT delete the game as it will also delete your save. You may delete the .apk when the update is finished.
For Browser, the only way for saves to be transferred to newer versions is via the Cloud Save feature for Patrons. All data unfortunately gets reset whenever I renew the browser version.
