The library most likely already has a book of fusions, which contains formulas for improving your wallet. The first improvement usually takes place in a pawnshop, and subsequent ones in a laboratory.
I do understand the fact that the upgrade sshould be in the book of fusion BUT as the screen show here it did not show up (trust me i try a loot of things) as well i have a capacity of 500 so i stil not understand how to get more (1k)
The Library doesn't tell you how you can improve your wallet. The book only updates after you receive the initial recipes. The book bag updates after you buy you special gems from the vendor. The gem vendor I speak of is the wandering vendor.
