If you close the "Save it for later in Dropbox", you'll be taken to the shared dropbox page, that has "Download" dropdown with 1.Download and 2. Copy to Dropbox options. Please click on "Download" then you'll be directed to "Log in or sign up" dialog box where you'll find "Or continue with download only" link just below the "Continue" button. Please click on that link which should allow you to download and save at your machine.
