I liked to beat up people late ate night. three weeks(in game) have passed and I haven't been able to attack anyone.
You are right. Better if random events, including in the bus, start after Simon and Bob quest in the pub.
I do know that alot of the rape stuff was removed at some point, which kinda softlocks you in some areas. Dunno if that's related.
