Gorgeous choice of instrumentation here. That first 20 or so seconds had me reeled in and feeling as though I were floating atop the water's surface. The introduction of percussion thereafter was handled really nicely - good use of various different percussive ensembles and layering them appropriately. Never felt too busy or chaotic rhythm-wise.

Dropping out said progression at the half-way point was a great idea - sells the feeling of sinking deeper into the water and having the world around you blur into a cascade of washy pads and soft tones. Kudos on both the marimba and synth work throughout this - they really complemented each other. Underlying bass was great too - filling the pocket just as it needs to without going too overboard or stepping outside of its bounds.

Would have loved to hear more! This is a super solid entry all in all. Neglected to mention it above but the production was on point too - everything seemed to sit comfortably in the mix and I didn't personally notice any elements fighting for space on the spectrum. Great work. :)
