I'm playing on Android. There currently isn't a way to back out of menus, unless I'm missing something. This means that you can't leave a menu once you enter it unless the action in the menu auto closes the menu. In other words, on Android, you're soft locked the moment you enter the options menu. This applies to the drinks menu too but only if all the available drinks are grayed out. The only I'm able to do is close the game and start over each time I want to exit a menu.
Again, unless I'm missing something obvious. Which could be the case. I do catch the stupid sometimes.
