either talk to the vendor or wait till its about time for her to meet with marian. you'll see another jay going to talk with marian. just intercept and talk, after that she will stop following

i just kept going to sleep, after 2 or 3 days itll reset the trash spawn but itll take a while cause it only respawns so much
