Yep, most of it. It's impossible for me to draw something like this by hand :)

Ask some artist what a shame.

Artists cost money this is currently a free to play game the second it gets an artist it won't be... best to wait till everything is created and go back for the artistic version this way people can get a feel for the game then if a majority wants there can be a buy able version later with better art maybe, but it makes no sense to waste money on a leech that won't help this early in the games creation

Just food for thought...

I personally see a buch of art people going slower than the game I mean yeah art takes time but makes no sense to get one this early only to have to remake the game putting it out of order with no update for a time.

Ask for artist that would like do the project for after if it's a free project and small fan made game some artist wouldn't be expect to get paid.

Nobody cares. It’s a good quality, creative use of AI art.

It’s obviously not just a couple of prompts thrown into ChatGPT Dall-E. It’s clear to see that a lot of work went into creating a coherent style, creating consistent characters and a bunch of post processing was done to make things fit together. There are only very little mistakes and none are distracting (like too many fingers, broken limbs…).

This displays creative use of a tool with a necessary amount of skill. Which basically is, what Art should be about.

Devs only have a certain amount of time and skill for hobby projects without financial incentive. This is the road they chose, which is an artistic decision. Respect it.

It's hardly creative and art.

A game is more than it's art.

I am not talking about perfect art but yes I agree but screw AI art.
