Is it intentional that you cannot mow grass or create fields on the public land areas of the map even if they are owned? Other than that small issue the map is amazing, definitely one of my favorites for 22.
Some of that will be due to object collisions. Might check and make sure your part of the "farm" that owns the public lands.
