I got it way before 30 days, I'm on day 29. It's more about what events you trigger, not only how many days have passed for said events to happen, unless they force it on you as a pity mechanic.
Just use the save mechanic to go all in with the blackjack. If it fails, just load your previous save file, then you don't have to mess with the stock prices. And save every time you win.
