"While obesity is not something a person will be aware of until people called them out or when they became aware of the symptom it's already too late." are you stupid. literally every person on the planet has had it pounded into their head that obesity is a bad thing since childhood. literal children's cartoons have episodes about why being fat is unhealthy. if someone wants to intentionally gain weight in real life then there's absolutely no way they have never heard these things before.
if the lesson got pounded into them since childhood and yet they still become obese after that just make matter even worse, because that would proven my point they're killing themselves slowly.
Whatever the reason for them to become obese in the first place will never be a good reason to put on the discussion.
