First off, major kudos to your team's artist(s)! I especially like how the background of the night sky and the moon passing was used as the timer; well implemented and nice art to boot! 

IMO drag and drop feels slightly difficult, especially when the game progresses in speed and complexity; one possible alternative I can think of is have it be a toggle where the player just needs to click the item once, then drag their cursor over to the bottle, then click again to deposit the material into the bottle 

I can't believe y'all were even able to have a story in there! Was a very nice touch that really contributed to the overall game, and how polished it feels! And of course, lovely music!
