I won't spoil how the pregnancy will work, but it will be an optional thing, so the main story won't change much
I do have to wonder if it will be similar to "Corrupted Kingdoms" by TheArcadean, and a small quick mention that they lost their Paetron account cause Paetron didn't like the children existing in a NSFW game.
