This is how the game already works. What you mentioned about Ashley and Felicity and Emma is confusing to me though, because I don't see an issue with what you've mentioned. If you could share screenshots that would really help.
The issue with Android and Ashley definitely seems to be an issue though. Could you provide details such as Android's level at the time, and a picture or the exact dialogue in question?
