Thats strange, I don't have any issues, did you make sure to extract the zip file? I'll run a few tests and see if anything happens.

Is it possible that it would work if you right clicked on the application and pressed run as admin? Maybe try extracting the files in downloads or desktop location? or try running the files without extracting. This could also be hardware related. Are you positive your device can run the game? If yes, try looking if its using the right graphics card in Nvidia control panel or AMD if you own that one.
